  • Molecular and Genetic Pathways for rpsE-Mediated Spectinomycin Resistance in Vibrio natriegens
    Summer Science Program
Probed the molecular and genetic basis for antibiotic resistance in Vibrio natriegens. Built an analysis pipeline with NumPy, Galaxy, and BLAST for DNA sequencing analysis and quality checks, and AlphaFold3 for protein structure prediction and visualization.

  • Toward a Unified Model of the Macaque Cortex with Multi-Scale Spatiotemporal-Neurochemical Integration
    Harvard OpenBio Student Research Institute
Developed a unified macroscale model of the brain by integrating resting-state macaque fMRI data over spatial, temporal, and neurochemical representations. Won 1st place in original research for my paper and poster presentation. Later recognized as a Regeneron Science Talent Search Scholar and presented at The Global Health Leaders Conference at Johns Hopkins University and the 10th Edition of the International Conference on Neurology and Brain Disorders.
